WALT: reflect on an article
I've just finished reading about how a new bulletproof 2. metre fence to help protect the Eiffel Tower. According to the authorities of Kiwi Kids News this fence will be replacing the former fence. The reason behind this is so it can stop vehicles, and individuals storming around and in the site. Not only for that reason but also to avoid damage from terror attacks. The Paris Mayor's Office says that the wall will then replace metal fences put up for the Euro 2016 Football Tournament. The project they are working on is bound to cost around about $40 Million Dollars, (New Zealand Money). Did you know because of Eiffel Tower one of France's most famous historical landmarks, it attracts to certain amount of 6 Million people each year.

I think building an reinforced bulletproof 2.5 metre wall is an great idea, espically to protect one of frances amazing creations from being badly damaged. Not only that but now it can avoid from people to try and attack the place, or take any harm to the Eiffel Tower. The Eiffel Tower needs to be looked after espically knowing the Eiffel Tower bring 6 Million people to France each year.
