WALT: reflect on the article
According to the news article I've just finished up on reading, just before 8.30am this very morning sadly a 8 year old child was hit in FerryHill Road. The poor injured child was in a moderate conditions, and was quickly rushed to Starship Hospital. According to the rest of the article the driver of the accident was still there as the police arrived at the crime scene. What I think about this article?
I think people should think more about their speed as they are driving near by, and around crossing where plenty of children could be surrounded by. Knowing the fact this 8 year child was hit trying to ht the road when shockingly a car speeds and hits her.. if this was you how would you feel? Is the world becoming a much worse, far dangerous world! People need to start thinking about the consequences of their actions. Parents need to start taking more responsibility also, as in crossing their children, and always looking out for them when near by dangerous speeding roads.
